Refund & Exchange
1. All goods sold are non-refundable.
2. Refund can be made if the purchased item is out of stock or the order content is being disputed.
3. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
4. Please contact customerservice@qalercosmetic.com if you haven’t received the refund within the time period.
Exchange Policy
Qaler Cosmetic will exchange any in-transit damaged and/or defect items provided that Customer has not used the products and situations where product breaks after opening.
Conditions for exchange process are as follows:
1. Customer must inform us immediately within 24 HOURS with digital photo as proof by email via customerservice@qalercosmetic.com.
2. Customer must send back the damaged or defected item (with original packaging) to Qaler Cosmetic. Shipping fee must be covered by customer.
3. Once received, Qaler Cosmetic will process the exchange immediately and send a new item to the customer via courier.
4. If customer informs 24 HOURS after completed delivery, Qaler Cosmetic reserves the right to make final decision.
5. Qaler Cosmetic will not accept any exchange for defected Premium Vegan Lipstick due to improper usage (i.e. broken lipstick due to self-action)
